The hoopoe functions as a guiding boson, mediating experiences and pointing toward the Simurgh—the emergent, self-revealing vacuum. The birds’ gradual shedding of attachments is akin to adiabatic change: as they flow slowly, they avoid violent non-equilibrium transitions and reach a higher symmetry where self and other collapse into one.
